libclass-std-utils-perl software package provides Utility subroutines for building inside-out objects, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libclass-std-utils-perl
libclass-std-utils-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libclass-std-utils-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libclass-std-utils-perl *
